Manner of dividend payments

The General Shareholders’ Meeting decides upon dividend payment and sets the amount of dividends. The company pays out the dividends within 1 month after the day of adoption of the resolution on profit distribution.
The dividend payment policy was approved on 10 April 2018 by the General Shareholders Meeting of INVL Baltic Farmland, AB.

Persons have the right to receive dividends if they were shareholders of the company at the end of the tenth working day after the day of the General Shareholders’ Meeting which issued the resolution to pay dividends.

  • For shareholders whose INVL Baltic Farmland AB shares are administered by financial brokerage companies or credit institutions that provide accounting services, the dividend amount, less the personal or corporate income tax withheld in accord with the laws of Lithuania, will be transferred to the shareholder’s account at the respective brokerage company or credit institution.
  • For shareholders whose INVL Baltic Farmland AB shares are administered on behalf of the company by the authorised custodian Siauliu Bankas AB, the dividend amount, less the personal or corporate income tax withheld in accord with the laws of Lithuania, will be transferred to the shareholder’s designated account at a Lithuanian commercial bank (requests to designate an account indications may be submitted to Seimyniskiu St. 1A, Vilnius).
  • For shareholders who acquired shares of INVL Baltic Farmland during the split-off from Invalda INVL (code 121304349) and have designated accounts at Siauliu Bankas for the payment of dividends allocated by Invalda INVL, dividends will be transferred to the designated accounts.

Additional information

Shareholders who have not designated a bank account and for that reason did not receive dividends, should complete, sign and submit a request to transfer dividends, together with a copy of their personal identity document, to Siauliu Bankas AB at the address Seimyniskiu St. 1A, Vilnius, Lithuania.

Certificates of dividends paid during the current year are prepared and mailed to shareholders on request by Siauliu Bankas AB.

Dividend payment for 2020

2021 m. balandžio 9 d. įvykęs eilinis visuotinis AB „INVL Baltic Farmland“ (įmonės kodas 303299781, buveinės adresas Vilniaus m. sav., Vilniaus m., LT-01109, Gynėjų g. 14, Vilnius) akcininkų susirinkimas nusprendė skirti 0,15 eurų dividendų vienai akcijai.

Dividendus gaus tie asmenys, kurie dešimtos darbo dienos po sprendimą dėl dividendų mokėjimo priėmusio visuotinio akcininkų susirinkimo pabaigoje, t. y. 2021 m. balandžio 23 d. buvo AB „INVL Baltic Farmland“ akcininkai.

Dividend payment for 2019

On 23rd March 2020, the General Shareholders Meeting of INVL Baltic Farmland, AB (identification code 303299781, address Gyneju str. 14, Vilnius, LT-01109) decided to allocate EUR 0.10 dividend per share.

Dividends will be paid to the shareholders who at the end of the tenth business day following the day of the General Shareholders Meeting that adopted a decision on dividend payment, i.e. on 6h April 2020 were shareholders of INVL Baltic Farmland, AB.

Dividend payment for 2018

On 22nd March 2019, the General Shareholders Meeting of INVL Baltic Farmland, AB (identification code 303299781, address Gyneju str. 14, Vilnius, LT-01109) decided to allocate EUR 0.10 dividend per share.

Dividends were paid to the shareholders who at the end of the tenth business day following the day of the General Shareholders Meeting that adopted a decision on dividend payment, i.e. on 5th April 2019 were shareholders of INVL Baltic Farmland, AB.

Dividend payment for 2017

On 10 April 2018, the General Shareholders Meeting of INVL Baltic Farmland, AB (identification code 303299781, address Gyneju str. 14, Vilnius, LT-01109) decided to allocate EUR 0.15 dividend per share.

Dividends were paid to the shareholders who at the end of the tenth business day following the day of the General Shareholders Meeting that adopted a decision on dividend payment, i.e. on 24 April 2018 were shareholders of INVL Baltic Farmland, AB.

Dividend payment for 2016

On 22 March 2017, the General Shareholders Meeting of INVL Baltic Farmland AB decided to pay dividends of EUR 0.07 per share.

Dividends will be allocated to those persons who were shareholders of INVL Baltic Farmland AB at the end of the tenth business day following the day of the General Shareholders Meeting that adopted the decision on dividend payment, i.e. 5 April 2017.

Dividend payment for 2015

On 25 March 2016, the General Shareholders Meeting of INVL Baltic Farmland AB decided to pay dividends of EUR 0.066 per share.

Dividends were allocated to those persons who were shareholders of INVL Baltic Farmland AB at the end of the tenth business day following the day of the General Shareholders Meeting that adopted the decision on dividend payment, i.e. 11 April 2016.

On 18 April 2016, INVL Baltic Farmland announced that the company would start to allocate the dividends from 20 April 2016.
Dividends were allocated to those shareholders of the company who had designated existing bank accounts.

Dividend payment for 2014

On 24 March 2015, the General Shareholders Meeting of INVL Baltic Farmland AB (code 303299781, registered at Seimyniskiu str. 1A, Vilnius) decided to pay dividends of EUR 0.06 per share.

Dividends were allocated to those persons who were shareholders of INVL Baltic Farmland AB at the end of the tenth business day following the day of the General Shareholders Meeting that adopted the decision on dividend payment, i.e. 8 April 2015.

The company started to allocate the dividends from 22 April 2015.
Dividends were allocated to those shareholders of the company who had designated existing bank accounts.
