INVL Baltic Farmland starts to pay dividends

INVL Baltic Farmland, a company investing into agricultural land, starts to pay dividends from 22nd of April.

INVL Baltic Farmland will pay EUR 197 thousand of dividends or EUR 0.06 euros per share.

Dividends to shareholders, whose securities are held at the accounts of banks or brokerage firms, shall be transferred to these accounts of intermediaries. Dividends to other shareholders shall be transferred by the financial brokerage company Finasta. Dividends to shareholders who received shares in INVL Baltic Farmland during the Invalda LT’s split-off and reported their account numbers to Invalda LT, shall be transferred to these accounts.

INVL Baltic Farmland through subsidiaries owns around 3 thousand hectares of land in Lithuania, which is rented to farmers and agricultural companies. The shares in INVL Baltic Farmland are quoted on NASDAQ Vilnius stock exchange, and in the end of 2014 the equity was EUR 9.9 million.
