More than 95 per cent of the land is rented out to farmers and agricultural companies.<\/p>\n<p>The landowning companies and INVL Baltic Farmland on 30 June 2015 signed a basic property administration agreement with INVL Farmland Management, which administers the agricultural land owned by the companies seeking to ensure a steady growth of income for shareholders and to increase the value of the land. On 21 October 2020, the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company approved the extension of the agreement with UAB INVL Farmland Management and its arrangement in a recast version. The agreement was extended until 31 December 2025.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section  class=\"invl-block invl-block-1-columns invl-columns\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"column column-1-of-1 c-blue\" >\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Group structure<\/h3>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section  class=\"invl-block invl-block-1-columns invl-columns has-emphasized-column emphasized-1\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"column column-1-of-1 column-emphasized c-white\" >\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1039 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/invlbalticfarmland.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Controled-companies.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"574\" srcset=\"https:\/\/invlbalticfarmland.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Controled-companies.png 700w, https:\/\/invlbalticfarmland.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Controled-companies-300x246.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\n\n<section  class=\"invl-block invl-block-1-columns invl-columns\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"column column-1-of-1 c-white\" >\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The management fee paid to INVL Farmland Management comprises 7 per cent of the annual rental income of the landowning companies as well as 0.5 per cent of INVL Baltic Farmland\u2019s market capitalization. There is also a success fee which is payable only when the annual growth of the consolidated equity of the landowning companies is more than 5 per cent plus inflation (the \u2018high-water mark\u2019 principle applies).
