In addition, the provisions of Article 37<sup>2\u00a0<\/sup>is not applicable when the transaction or the total amount of such transactions per financial year do not exceed 1\/10 of a joint stock company whose shares are allowed to be traded on the regulated market, the value of the assets specified in the latest balance sheet.
