The company pays out the dividends within 1 month after the day of adoption of the resolution on profit distribution.<br \/>\nThe\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.invlbalticfarmland.com\/files\/LT\/2017%201Q\/metine%20informacija%202017\/INVL%20Baltic%20Farmland%20dividend%20payment%20policy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dividend payment policy<\/a>\u00a0was approved on 10 April 2018 by the General Shareholders Meeting of INVL Baltic Farmland, AB.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Persons have the right to receive dividends if they were shareholders of the company at the end of the tenth working day after the day of the General Shareholders\u2019 Meeting which issued the resolution to pay dividends.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>For shareholders whose INVL Baltic Farmland, AB shares are administered by financial brokerage companies or credit institutions that provide accounting services, the dividend amount, less the personal or corporate income tax withheld in accord with the laws of Lithuania, will be transferred to the shareholder\u2019s account at the respective brokerage company or credit institution.<\/li>\n<li>For shareholders whose INVL Baltic Farmland, AB shares are administered on behalf of the company by the authorised custodian Artea Bankas, AB, the dividend amount, less the personal or corporate income tax withheld in accord with the laws of Lithuania, will be transferred to the shareholder\u2019s designated account at a Lithuanian commercial bank (requests to designate an account indications may be submitted to Seimyniskiu St. 1A, Vilnius).<\/li>\n<li>For shareholders who acquired shares of INVL Baltic Farmland, AB during the split-off from Invalda INVL (code 121304349) and have designated accounts at Artea Bankas, AB for the payment of dividends allocated by Invalda INVL, dividends will be transferred to the designated accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Additional information<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p data-start=\"48\" data-end=\"557\">If a shareholder has not specified their bank account and therefore has not received dividends, or wishes to correct their account number, they should complete an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/invlbalticfarmland.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/APPLICATION-Artea.docx\">application<\/a>. The application, signed with a qualified electronic signature, must be sent to Artea Bankas, AB by e-mail at <strong data-start=\"333\" data-end=\"356\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"335\" data-end=\"354\">dividendai@artea.lt<\/a><\/strong>. A shareholder may also visit the nearest Artea Bankas, AB branch, present an identity document, and the attending bank employee will print the application, which the shareholder completes and signs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"48\" data-end=\"557\">Upon request, Artea Bankas, AB prepares and sends to the company\u2019s shareholders certificates of dividends paid during the current year. To request or amend such certificates, the shareholder must submit an application at a bank branch, and the response will be provided in the manner indicated in the shareholder\u2019s application.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"accordion-item c-white\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"item-title\">\n\t\t\t\t<h4>Dividend payment for 2024<\/h4>\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"item-content\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>The Annual General Shareholders Meeting of the public joint stock company INVL Baltic Farmland (hereinafter \u2013 \u201c<strong>the Company<\/strong>\u201c) held on 14 April 2025 approved to allocate a dividend of EUR 0.12 per share for the year 2024 (the total amount allocated for dividends is EUR 387 thousand).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Dividends will be paid to the shareholders who at the end of the tenth business day following the day of the General Shareholders Meeting that adopted a decision on dividend payment, i.e. on 29 April 2025 were shareholders of INVL Baltic Farmland, AB.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Dividends will be allocated from 14 May 2025.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><em>For share for the year 2023 (the total amount allocated for dividends is EUR 388 thousand).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Dividends will be paid to the shareholders who at the end of the tenth business day following the day of the General Shareholders Meeting that adopted a decision on dividend payment, i.e. on 24 April 2024 were shareholders of INVL Baltic Farmland, AB.<\/p>\n<p is EUR 484 thousand).<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Dividends will be paid to the shareholders who at the end of the tenth business day following the day of the General Shareholders Meeting that adopted the end of the tenth business day following the day of the General Shareholders Meeting that adopted the decision on dividend payment, i.e. 11 April 2016.<\/p>\n<p>On\u00a018 April 2016, INVL Baltic Farmland announced\u00a0that the company would start to allocate the dividends from 20 April 2016.<br \/>\nDividends were allocated to those shareholders of the company who had designated existing allocated to those persons who were shareholders of INVL Baltic Farmland AB at the end of the tenth business day following the day of the General Shareholders Meeting that adopted the decision on
