INVL Baltic Farmland provides received notifications on disposal of voting rights.
An event changing the breakdown of voting rights – according to the new wording of the Law on Securities which came into force on 2019 July 21, the issuer's managers are no longer considered as acting in concert and the votes of the issuer's managers are no longer counted together.
